At JackFitter, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality clothing and leather jackets to our customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. We strive to ensure that your order is processed promptly and arrives safely.
Please review the following shipping terms and conditions carefully. By placing an order on jackfitter.com, you agree to the policies outlined below.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently fulfill and ship orders to the following locations:
- United States (Domestic)
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address during checkout to ensure successful delivery.
3. Processing and Handling Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. This includes order verification, tailoring (for custom items), quality checks, and packaging.
- Standard Processing Time: 4–6 Business Days.
- Business Days: Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the following business day.
Note on Custom Orders: As many of our leather jackets are made-to-order or customized, the processing time allows us to ensure the craftsmanship meets our high standards.
4. Delivery Estimates and Timelines
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the transit time begins.

- Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time.
- Delivery estimates are quoted in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in transit calculations.
- While we make every effort to deliver within these estimates, transit times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, carrier delays, or weather conditions specifically affecting cross-border shipments.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated based on the total value of your order (in USD) after discounts and before taxes.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return due to buyer's remorse (see Return Policy).
6. International Shipping & Customs Duties
For customers shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia, please be aware of the following terms regarding international commerce:
- Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU): JackFitter ships packages DDU. This means we only collect the cost of the item and the shipping fee (if applicable) at checkout.
- Customer Responsibility: You, the customer, are the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, VAT (Value Added Tax), GST (Goods and Services Tax), and carrier brokerage fees levied by your destination country.
- Payment of Duties: These fees are not included in your order total at checkout. The shipping carrier will contact you to collect these fees upon or prior to delivery. Failure to pay these fees may result in the abandonment or return of the shipment; in such cases, original shipping costs and return fees will be deducted from any applicable refund.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and the carrier details.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.
- You can track your package via the link provided in the email or directly on our website.
8. Shipping Restrictions and Issues
- Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. JackFitter is not responsible for packages lost due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking status says "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please verify with neighbors and checking surrounding areas. If the package is still missing, please contact us at info@jackfitter.com within 5 days of the stated delivery date so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
- Refused Shipments: If a shipment is refused by the receiver due to a refusal to pay customs duties or for any other reason (excluding damage), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a restocking fee.
9. Returns and Exchanges Summary
While this document covers shipping, please note our policy regarding returns for shipping context:
- Standard Items: Eligible for return within standard windows if they meet condition requirements.
- Custom Orders: Custom-made jackets and personalized items are not eligible for return or refund due to buyer's remorse (e.g., sizing errors by the customer, change of mind). Returns for custom items are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or if the wrong item was sent.
