A. Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
For customers in Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia:
  • Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
  • You are the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes, VAT/GST, and brokerage fees levied by your country’s customs department.
  • Jack Fitter does not collect these fees at checkout. Failure to pay these fees may result in the package being abandoned. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct shipping costs and return fees from any potential refund.
