1. The 30-Day Guarantee Framework
You are eligible for a full refund if you initiate a return within 30 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by the carrier's tracking system).
- Standard Catalog Items: Fully covered by the Money-Back Guarantee.
- Return Shipping: We provide a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns (Standard Items only).
- No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for items returned in original condition.

- Policy: Due to the bespoke nature of these goods, we cannot offer a Money-Back Guarantee for fit issues or "change of mind." These items are created exclusively for you and cannot be resold.
- The Exception (Defect Guarantee): We WILL provide a full refund or replacement if:

- Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery due to customs fees, the package will be returned to us. In this specific case, the cost of return shipping and a handling fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. How the Refund Process Works
We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible.

- Label: For eligible Standard Orders, we will email you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours.
- Ship: Drop the package at the designated carrier facility.
- Inspection: Once received at our Virginia facility, allow 2 business days for inspection.

Timeline
Please allow 5–7 business days after we process the refund for the amount to appear on your bank or credit card statement. This delay is determined by your banking institution, not Jack Fitter.
5. Fair Use & Abuse Prevention
To keep our prices fair and our return policy generous, we monitor for return abuse.
- "Wardrobing": Returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including removed tags) will be denied. The item may be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Frequent Returns: We reserve the right to limit or refuse service to customers with an excessive history of irregular returns indicative of fraud.
