Shipping
We use UPS, SkyNet, FedEx, DHL, or USPS to ship all of our products. The courier is chosen based on the fastest shipping route. As soon as the order ships, our customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking code to monitor its progress. We do request that customers provide us with their contact information and a precise shipping address. If an address or other detail was entered wrong when placing the order, please contact our customer assistance within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer economical shipping choices in every zone. Note that handling is not included in the days shown in the table below; they only relate to shipments. Processing time for each order is normally 4-6 business days. If the order amount exceeds two products, the company will be liable for excessive delivery expenses of 30% for Economy purchases.
